We want you to be completely over the moon with your purchase, but if a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, products that have been opened or swatched are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original celestial packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Package

  Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at your local carrier; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our coven inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any original shipping fees.
